Pitch/repo MISMATCH. The live site (vis-ai-vis.com) and founder demo video genuinely show the pitched VISU product -- a permitting 'Vertical AI for the Built World' with a Permit Oracle chatbot, PermitRank scoring (Project Savoy: 56 critical/87 warnings) and a Twin Council of up to 45 agencies -- and it appears interactive, so a working demo exists. BUT the provided repo (ChainMailGlobal/mmcp-trade-twins-infra) does NOT contain that product: it is a different 'MMCP Trade Twins' skilled-trades-education codebase whose api/main.py returns hardcoded sample agents. Of the sponsors, only Tavily is genuinely called (TavilyClient.search, pipelines/tavily_chains.py). Nebius is fabricated non-functional code: base_url 'https://api.nebuis.ai' (not real Nebius api.studio.nebius.com / Token Factory), misspelled NEBUIUS_API_KEY, fictional model 'nebuis-moe-v1', and a NameError ('nebiius_client', nebius_inference.py:342) proving that path never ran. Composio is absent entirely. Pitched PermitRank/AHJ/4D-twin system is not implemented in the repo, so technical_depth is floored. ⚑ Repo does not match the pitched product (trades-education code vs permitting product).
